*Booking fee and final balance*
*I require a $50 booking fee to reserve your desired date, $125 will be due upon arrival at your session. All final payments must be paid prior to your session upon arrival. (Cash only).

* Pets are welcomed*
Please be sure to bring help when you bring pets to your session. All belongings and trash must be cleaned up after your session for the next client. This includes pet clean up as well.

*Select your desired date*
Choose the desired date that you would like once you pay your booking fee. Your slot time will be emailed a week prior to your session. I send out emails a week prior with all addresses, timeslots and additional information. If you are interested in the the sunset slots or the earliest slot, please make a note in your booking link or email [email protected].

*You can reserve two back-to-back slots if you have more than 7 subjects for more time.
*I recommend approving all outfits and colors prior to your session. Please reach out for recommendations on colors for your fall session.

* Mini sessions are back to back*
It's important to show up earlier to allow time to walk the trail. Please don't interfere with any client's sessions prior to yours. There is a 5-6 -minute walk. I recommend bringing comfortable shoes. You are welcomed to change your shoes once you get down the path. Strollers are recommend as well as bringing any belongings needed. This includes waters, diaper bags, snacks, blankets, jackets, tissues etc. We won't be near any restrooms, so please plan accordingly prior to your 15-minute mini session. There are a few rest stops or restrooms about 4-5 minutes into town from the actual location. A week prior to your mini session you will receive a very detailed email with instructions and all of the necessary information needed. I recommend showing up 15-20 minutes early to allow time to park, walk the trail. Allowing ample time prior to your mini is recommended. Sessions are back-to-back. In this case, if you're late, your time will not be extended, no refunds will be given due to being late. I will try my best to capture what I can within the time we have left.

October 23rd slot times (4 pm - 5:15 pm)
October 26th-30th slot times (4 pm - 5:15 pm) | prime fall foliage
November 4th-6th & 9th (2:30 pm - 4:15 pm) earlier sunset | prime fall foliage

Cancellation Policy:
*There will be no refunds or transfers if you cancel your mini session. If the photographer reschedules due to weather and you can't make the new reschedule date, you are welcomed to transfer your booking fee to a different mini session. Your booking fee must be used within 8 months from the original date.

Location: The address will be emailed with your timeslot a week prior to your session. I will be photographing these minis near sunset each day. The location will be in Kankakee/St Anne, Illinois.

Disclaimer:
*Please note, weather permitting we may need to reschedule your session if it rains. I reschedule mini sessions if there is more than 20 mph winds, rain etc. These minis will be taking place outdoors only. Please reach out to reschedule your mini session if you or anyone in your group is sick. If you need to reschedule due to illness and you can't make the new reschedule date, you are welcomed to transfer your booking fee to another mini session that must be used within 8 months from the original date. If you don't reschedule your mini to a new date, your booking fee will automatically be forfeited.

*Weekend dates*
*If you choose a Saturday or Sunday date and we need to reschedule due to weather, there may not be another weekend date available. I will try my best to accommodate another weekend date, but if those dates are booked in full due to weddings, I will offer a weekday date only.
